OTTAWA, ON, Oct 28, 2009 – Seregon Solutions Inc., a leading provider of Mobile Enterprise Application Platform (MEAP) software, today announced the completion of an initial financing round. Led by members of the Purple Angel group, the financing also included equity investment by ZIM Corporation (OTCBB: ZIMCF) and convertible debenture from Ontario Centers of Excellence CCR Fund.
