Julian White
Chief Executive Officer
Julian White has worked in the software development industry for more than 15 years. In 2002, he founded Seregon Solutions, Inc.
His experience spans projects such as corporate web applications, test and automation, enterprise software development. Julian was instrumental in designing and implementing a Manufacturing Management software system for two S&P 500 Companies.
Julian's vision is to make companies more efficient by providing software based solutions to streamline every aspect of the modern enterprise. As an active participant in our business community, Julian has been a member of JCI (Junior Chamber International) and CBA (Capital Business Association) and several other networking associations in the Ottawa area for the past five years.
Ian Bowles
Chief Technology Officer
Ian Bowles was trained as an electronics engineer in England and worked at ICL, a mainframe computer company. He then worked at Nortel for the next 20 years before founding Pronexus Inc, a telephony software company. Under his guidance, Pronexus grew to $5M and 30 employees. Pronexus was consistently profitable until its sale in 2000. From there, he created an asp file transfer service for Unlimitech Software and a revolutionary medical records product for Canadian Health Systems.
Ian directs technology for product development and professional services.
Brian Greenleaf
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Greenleaf joined Seregon in 2008 and brings more than 44 years of experience in the high technology industry.
Beginning his career at IBM, he was the first employee at Systems Dimensions Limited, a world class computer service bureau. He subsequently held executive management positions at SHL Systemhouse, XIOS Systems Corporation, Mentor Networks and Impatica Inc., of which he was a co-founder. His experience includes an eclectic mix of technology development, systems integration, marketing, sales and general management.
Brian has served on the boards of several technology companies and the Canadian Advanced Technology Association (now the CATA Alliance) and was a founding Director of OCRI. Brian has a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and completed graduate studies in Systems Engineering at Carleton University.
Fred Marsh
Chief Financial Officer
Fred Marsh has many years experience in business finance. He has held positions as Board Director, Chief Financial Officer, President, Managing Director, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of private and public technology companies in Canada and Europe.
Prior work included positions at BHP in Australia, Dofasco in Canada and, as a consultant, he established joint ventures and financing for private sector companies, Fred was a member of senior management at EDC and held a senior Diplomatic posting in Washington for liaison with the World Bank and other international financial institutions. Fred has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
Amongst other studies in accounting and finance, he completed the AMP business program at INSEAD and the Canadian Securities Course.
